A sod-turning event was held at X112 in Riverfield Business Park South on 13 July 2026, marking the start of Bayer’s new bespoke industrial facility.
Riverfield Business Park South is a partnership between KLD, Moolman Group and Abland Property Developers. The new facility is being developed for Bayer.
